Margaret E. Stelton, 62, Watertown, SD, formerly of Rosholt, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013, at Jenkins Living Center in Watertown.
Funeral services were Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. at the Eggers Funeral Home in Rosholt, with Rev. Nancy Quatier officiating. Music was provided by organist Lana Sand.
Burial was in the Hillside Cemetery, Rosholt. Honorary pallbearers were the staff and residents of New Horizons.
Margaret Elizabeth was born August 1, 1950, in Wheaton, MN, to Floyd and Audrey (Heifner) Stelton. She was baptized and was a member of the United Methodist Church in Rosholt. She grew up in Rosholt, surrounded by her loving parents and kind friends. Margaret attended the Rosholt schools.
At the age of 30, Margaret moved to Watertown. She enjoyed watching TV and reading the newspaper. Margaret also loved fried chicken, potato chips and Mountain Dew.
Survivors include numerous cousins and those who remember her from childhood.
Margaret was preceded in death by her father who died on February 10, 1972, and her mother who died on January 1, 1998.
