Jane Fuhrman, 76, Graceville, MN, died Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, ND.

Funeral services were Monday, April 6, at 11:00 a.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Johnson, MN, with Rev. Eugene Andrus and Rev. Philip Janke officiating. Music was provided by Jane's family members.

Burial will be at a later date in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Johnson. Honorary urn bearers were Jane's grandchildren, Sarah Boettcher, Philip Janke, Rebecca Kruschel, Jamie Rosenow, Leah Crave, and Cami Andersen. Active urn bearers were grandsons, Dane Andersen and David Rosenow.

Visitation was Monday from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at the church. The Eggers Funeral Home in Rosholt, SD, was in charge of the arrangements.

Jane Ann was born December 1, 1938, in Graceville, MN, to Louis William and Gretchen Dorothy (Fecht) Vogt. She was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Johnson, MN. Jane attended rural and Trinity school and graduated from the Agricultural School in Morris, MN, in 1956.

On October 2, 1956, Jane married Eugene Fuhrman at Trinity Lutheran Church in Johnson. Jane enjoyed being a farm wife and raising their three daughters, Debra, Christa and Lori.

Jane was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church all her life and was a Sunday school teacher for many years. She was also a member of the choir and Ladies Aid and served as church secretary.

Jane enjoyed golfing, painting and piloting a club plane.

Survivors include her husband Eugene of Graceville; three daughters, Debra (Richard) Janke of Neshkoro, WI, Christa (Cowboy) Andersen of Brainerd, MN, and Lori (Chris) Foley of Manteca, CA; eight grandchildren, Sarah (Dave) Boettcher, Philip (Steph) Janke, Rebecca (Steve) Kruschel, Jamie Rosenow, Leah (Jordan) Crave, David Rosenow, Dane Andersen and Cami Andersen; 13 great-grandchildren; and sister, Linda (Orrin) Cole of Canby, MN.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Robert (Shirley) Vogt.

Memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church for handicap access and the Lutheran Women's Missionary Society (LWMS).
