Dennis Birchem

Dennis Birchem, 68, Casa Grande, AZ, formerly of Rosholt, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center. Rosary will be recited at 2 p.m. Saturday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. A scripture service will follow at 2:30. A funeral service will be held at a later date in Rosholt.
Mr. Birchem was born on March 5, 1944, in Breckenridge, Minn. He was a farmer and also was a mechanic who enjoyed fixing everything, especially his motor home. He attended St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
Survivors include his companion, Linda L. Sand; two daughters, Kimberly Cermak of Breckenridge and Kristi Clow of Sartell, Minn.; a son, Chad Birchem of Wheaton,Minn.; his mother, Evelyn Birchem of Fergus Falls, Minn.; four sisters, Marlene Marshof Moorhead, Minn., Sharon Braun of Fergus Falls, Connie Crawley of New Haven,Minn., and Debbie Birchem of Eagan, Minn.; two brothers, Allen Birchem of Elk River,Minn., and Bucky Birchem of Rogers, Ark.; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Birchem; his wife, Connie Birchem; a sister, Terry Knootz; and a brother, Joe Birchem.
