David A. Keller

David A. Keller, 68, Phoenix, passed away June 12, 2022, in Phoenix.

Funeral services will be Monday, August 8, at 10:00 a.m. at the Eggers Funeral Home in Rosholt.  Burial will be in the St. Nicholas Cemetery, rural Rosholt.

David Anthony Keller was born on August 26, 1953, to Vernon and Dolores (Brockhaus) Keller in Breckenridge, MN.  He attended school through the eighth grade in Rosholt.  He enjoyed farming and milking cows with his dad. He had a farmstead by New Effington, SD.

On May 4, 1985, David married Virginia Howard in Watertown, SD. After their marriage, they moved to Watertown where they continued to farm and milk cows. David later moved to Phoenix, AZ. He worked for Devry University and Call Center as a custodian. Later he collected and sold scrap metal.

David enjoyed going to horse trail rides with his horse, Tonka.

Survivors include five siblings: Carol (Tom) Schiltz of Hankinson, ND, Jeffrey Keller of Veblen, SD, Anthony Keller of Strandburg, SD, Gary (Lisa) Keller of Watertown, and Cindy (Jim) Pohl of Rosholt; and many nieces and nephews.

David was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Leonard and Daniel; and a niece, Lisa.
