Carol Broz

In loving memory of Carol Ann Broz, who passed away Sunday, June 2nd, 2024 at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, ND, surrounded by family.

There will be a celebration of life Saturday, September 14th, from 1:00-4:00pm at Doug's shop at 212 S. Emil Ave, Rosholt, SD.

Carol Eggers was born January 8th, 1946, in Wheaton, MN.  Carol grew up in the countryside of Rosholt, lived in Tucson, AZ, Appleton, MN, and finally Rosholt, SD.  Her wonderful siblings include Al, Bob, Bonnie, Bruce, Dale, Larry, and Terry.  She married the love of her life, Douglas Broz, on March 13th, 1971.

She was the mother to three children, Jodi, Mark, and Jamie (Leslie Broz).  She was a grandmother to Amanda (Justin) Ostby, Noah Goulet, and Jackson Broz, Caitlin (Tyler) Forness, Eliza (Harlan) Wilbur, and great-grandchild Dominick Ostby.

Carol had a few different occupations throughout her life, but always enjoyed being a beautician and giving Doug haircuts.

She loved all music, especially country.  She loved dancing, and played piano and accordion.  She loved being with family, and loved to tell stories, especially ones about camping with Bonnie and the kids.  She enjoyed her days visiting Pierre and Deadwood in the last few years.

We are comforted knowing that she is reunited in heaven with Mark and Jodi.
