Bryce A. Ceroll, 44, Walcott, ND, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, November 24, 2025, at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo.
Funeral Services will be Friday, November 28, at 11:00 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in rural Claire City officiated by Rev. Jonathan Varns. Music will be provided by Edwin Arndt, Jr.
Burial will be in the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery, rural Claire City. Honorary urn bearers will be Arlyn and Aaron Ceroll, Dylan Sanders, Royce Kutter, Randy Ruud, and Lee Murphy. Active urn bearers will be Blake and Gaven Ceroll, Damian and Austin Bostrom, Chris Biewer, David Koch, Barry German, and Dawson Ceroll.
Visitation will be Friday morning one hour prior to the service at the church.
Bryce Austin was the youngest of seven siblings born to Ronnie and Sylvia (Medenwald) Ceroll on April 17, 1981. He was baptized and confirmed in the Missouri Synod at the Zion Lutheran Church in rural Claire City, SD. He grew up on the family farm north of New Effington. Bryce attended Kindergarten in Claire City, his elementary years in New Effington and graduated from Sisseton High School in 1999. At the time of his death, he was farming with his brother and was a mechanic for many surrounding area farmers.
Bryce loved golfing and was an avid 49ers fan.
Bryce leaves behind Mackenzie; siblings, Rory and Cheryl Ceroll, Brenda and Paul Bostrom, Vicki and Jerry Biewer, Greta and Roy Koch, and Ron and Jodi Ceroll; stepmother, Janet Ceroll along with her children Mike and Brenda Ceroll, Sherri and Jim Schiltz, Dale Ceroll and friend Liz, Larry and MeLinda Ceroll, Brent Ceroll, and Kevin and Kim Ceroll and their families; Aaron and Crystal Kemnitz, who were like a brother and sister to him; many nieces and nephews; and a dog and cat who will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronnie and Sylvia; brother, Daren; and paternal and maternal grandparents, Arthur and Viviana Ceroll and Ruben and Dolores Medenwald.
