Annette L. Adams, 59, Browns Valley, MN, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at the Browns Valley Health Center in Browns Valley, MN.

Graveside services were Monday, May 4, at 10:30 a.m. at the Calvary Cemetery in Browns Valley with Rev. Vern Donnell officiating. Honorary urn bearers were Annette's grandchildren.

Annette Louise was born April 19, 1956, to Lloyd and Carol (Flowers) Little in St. Peter, MN. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Michael's Parish in Gaylord, MN. Annette graduated from high school in Gaylord. After all of her children were born, Annette continued her education and received an associate degree in nursing at Fergus Falls, MN. She worked as a dedicated nurse at various facilities over the years – Browns Valley Health Center, Tekakwitha Living Center, Coteau des Prairies Hospital, Indian Health Services home health and in Pine River, MN. Annette suffered a brain aneurysm in 2004 that left her disabled.

Annette's hobbies included gardening, baking, playing cribbage, bowling, dancing and country music. She was an avid collector of wind chimes and angels. She especially enjoyed holidays surrounded by her children and grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Tim Adams of Browns Valley; six children, April (Joe) Sterling of Browns Valley, John (Sharnell) Grimm of Browns Valley, Lloyd (Mickey) Gruettner of Browns Valley, Janet (Cory) Rasmussen of Barnesville, MN, Jesse (Sheila) Gruettner of Browns Valley, and Mary Gruettner of Fargo, ND; 24 grandchildren; four brothers, Larry (Donna) Little of Dassel, MN, Michael (Coleen) Little of Beardsley, MN, Lloyd (Judy) James of Claremont, MN, and Dennis (Ann) Little of Browns Valley; a sister, Sue (Greg) Stillson of Sisseton, SD; and many nieces and nephews.

Annette was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Carol Little; and her sister, Janet.
